DELIVERY INFORMATION - HOW IT WORKS.
What is a Kerbside Delivery?
Our nominated Pallet Network Delivery company will manoeuvre your pallet to the front of your property. They are not obligated to access your property beyond the kerbside and threshold of your property.
A hard flat surface is mandatory, in order for the Pump Truck to safely function. The pump Truck cannot manouvre over Grass, Gravel or Inclined surfaces.
Where accessible and reasonable, drivers will work with you to place your items in a convenient location. This is down to the drivers professional assessment and discretion.
Tail Lift Delivery
We will deliver your OGS bulk bag on a wooden pallet - Via a Pallet Network Delivery Solution. This delivery is performed using a Tail Lift and Pallet Truck Solution similar to this image.
Typical vehicle size is an 18 Tonne Curtain side Rigid (slightyl larger than a bin truck)
We do not utilise a Crane or Hiab delivery.

Your Kerbside Delivery - And how it works
Your outdoor product order will arrive in one of our bulk bags, placed on a wooden pallet (See Image). Deliveries are performed on a Rigid Truck, using a Pallet Network. Please ensure that your
delivery address can accommodate this sized vehicle. The driver will use a Pump Truck to manoeuvre the pallet to the ground, using a tail lift platform
(See Tail Lift Delivery Section)
Standard delivery is a Kerbside delivery only, meaning the driver will pump truck your goods as close to your
property as possible.
A hard flat surface is required to use the pump truck, meaning; grass, gravel or inclined surfaces are prohibitive to a delivery outcome. Delivery is performed Mon-Fri / 0900-1700 as standard.
Saturday Delivery is optional at Checkout for an additional surcharged fee. Orders placed after 14:30 on a Friday cannot qualify for Saturday delivery.
If you have access issues based on the above information, you can request a small delivery vehicle performs the delivery. We recommend you call us on 01978 788622 to discuss this.
If your delivery is made and you’re not home, or the order cannot be left safe - you will be liable for re-delivery
that is typically re-routed the following working day, subject to access and likelihood of delivery outcome.
**Please be aware that OGS significantly subsidise the outgoing delivery price by approx. 75%. The average UK Pallet Delivery charge is approx. £47.50 + vat. In the event of a return or non-delivery due to any of the following issues - you will be liable for the full and non-subsidised cost of shipping based on your postcode price, events such as: Inaccessible delivery address, Gravel or Grass delivery area, Steep Incline or Declines, refusal of goods, insufficient address details to locate address.**
