Ordering

How will my order arrive?

Your items will be bagged and presented on a wooden pallet.

Why do you deliver on a pallet?

This enables the driver to use a manual pallet truck to position and move your goods safely to the kerbside.

Will the driver dispose of the pallet and Bag?

The Bag will be left for you along with the pallet, we politely ask that you dispose of these responsibly.

Delivery

What does kerbside delivery mean?

Delivery is Kerbside only; This means the driver will deliver as close and safely as they can to the property, majority of the time this is to the pavement outside your property.

Will the delivery driver take my products in to the garden?

We cannot make delivery to your garden, due to the driver using a pallet truck to move your goods - which only operates on a flat, level surface – no grass or gravel. The driver will however deliver as close as they possibly can.

What vehicle is used for delivery?

Heavy goods vehicle with a tail-lift on the back, to assist with delivery.

What if I have restricted access?

If you’re unsure whether our vehicles can gain access to your property, we would advise you call us prior to placing your order so we can see if a smaller vehicle is available.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver Nationwide, to all Mainland UK Postcodes.

When will my order arrive?

We will dispatch your goods the same day (if your order is placed before 1pm) or the following day, your order will then be delivered Typically within 1-3 working days after dispatch. Highland and Island postcodes may take longer.

Is the price inclusive of Delivery?

Yes, all prices that are displayed are inclusive of delivery.

Can I request a delivery?

Timed deliveries are currently unavailable, all orders will be delivered between 9am and 5pm.

What happens if I am not home for the delivery?

Once the driver arrives, they will call and allow you 15-20 minutes to sign for your order (depending on the network that is used). Redelivery charges will apply, If you are happy for us to leave the goods then please add this in the notes section when you order to prevent any additional costs.

Will I receive a receipt of purchase?

We will send your order confirmation to the email you provide at checkout; we advise you to check your order confirmation to ensure all details are correct to prevent any delay with your delivery.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
