If you’re unsure whether our vehicles can gain access to your property, we would advise you call us prior to placing your order so we can see if a smaller vehicle is available.
What does kerbside delivery mean?

Delivery is Kerbside only; This means the driver will deliver as close and safely as they can to the property, majority of the time this is to the pavement outside your property.

We cannot make delivery to your garden, due to the driver using a pallet truck to move your goods - which only operates on a flat, level surface – no grass or gravel. The driver will however deliver as close as they possibly can.

We deliver Nationwide, to all Mainland UK Postcodes.
When will my order arrive?

We will dispatch your goods the same day (if your order is placed before 1pm) or the following day, your order will then be delivered Typically within 1-3 working days after dispatch. Highland and Island postcodes may take longer.

Prices shown do not include any delivery costs, we charge an additional amount towards the cost of delivery. OGS subsidises the delivery costs, so the charges to our customers are as minimal as possible. The delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your postcode

Timed deliveries are currently unavailable, all orders will be delivered between 9am and 5pm.

Once the driver arrives, they will call and allow you 15-20 minutes to sign for your order (depending on the network that is used). Redelivery charges will apply, If you are happy for us to leave the goods then please add this in the notes section when you order to prevent any additional costs.

We will send your order confirmation to the email you provide at checkout; we advise you to check your order confirmation to ensure all details are correct to prevent any delay with your delivery.
Returns and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled up to 14 days after the goods have been delivered, you will then have a further 14 days to return the item. You will lose your right to cancel after this time period has elapsed.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Customers can organise their own shipping returns, if OGS organises the return shipping, we will deduct the shipping costs from the amount to be refunded, unless the customer wishes to make an additional payment for return costs. The return shipping costs will be charged at full rate as per carrier tariffs, OGS only subsidise delivery costs on delivery shipping and not on customer returns.

OGS will issue a refund within 14 days of goods being returned to us. We have the right to reduce the refund if the customer has returned the product damaged, used or not returned in the same condition or value as when it was sold.
