Ningbo to continue with National hot rod racer for the 2013 season.

Today we have agreed to continued support with a sponsorship deal for 2013 with Ben Taylor. “We are so pleased with our return on the investment we have put in for the National Hot Rod racing” says the Ningbo Marketing team. Our trestle tables and folding chair market has moved into the racing car seen for hospitality use which is good news for Ningbo.

Team Ningbo’s M3 GT 4 finishes 4th

After the mainly cosmetic repairs from last years accident, it was brilliant that the car finished 4th at the recent first round of the Dutch GT4 Championship. We were the fastest in free practise 1, but could not convert this to a good qualifying or a win because of power steering failure twice. The first time was a pump failure, and the second time the belt snapped after changing it. This meant the car started the feature race from the back row of the grid. “To get past several cars including the pole sitter, was a great result for the whole Team, and our guests on the day. The miserable cold weather was immaterial to everyone except the poor grid girl provided by the sponsors Gillette who looked frozen.” commented Chris Stockton, the group MD.

A very big thank you to Marden’s who completed the re spray to the trailer, and Print Monkey for the decals. The tractor unit is part of our Ningbo transport fleet in the week, transporting our stacking chairs and folding tables to our customers.
